21.195 Personalized License Plate Configuration Exchanges

Any personalized license plate configuration may be exchanged to another special license plate only if the configuration is within the number of characters allowed for the requested plate type.

Exchange Applications:

• A Special Interest License Plate Application (REG 17) form.
• The registration card in the applicant’s name or the documents required to register the vehicle to the applicant.
• The license plates currently assigned to the vehicle.
• The fees due.
