Replacements
Replacement items are generally delivered by mail. Update the US Postal Service with the correct address to forward your mail.
- RECOMMENDED Visit a SoCal Disaster Recovery Center to start document replacement at no cost.
- No-fee replacement title can be requested online.
- Visit your closest DMV office. We recommend making an appointment; walk-ins are welcome.

Californians impacted by the Palisades, Eaton, Hurst, Lidia, and Woodley Fires in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties who lost their DMV documents in the wildfire or are late in renewing are eligible for waived fees for the following:
