Request a paper renewal notice for your driver’s license (DL).

Request Notice by Mail

Before you begin:

  • Your request to receive a paper renewal notice must be submitted between 100 days before your driver’s license expiration date and up to 1 year after the expiration date.

  • You will need to provide your DL card number, last name, street or PO Box number, and ZIP Code.
