29B.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fingerprint card (ADM 1316) (out-of-state applicants only). Fingerprint cards may be obtained by calling&nbsp;Occupational Licensing&nbsp;(OL) at (916) 229-3126.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs of the business location (refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dmv.ca.gov\/portal\/vehicle-industry-services\/occupational-licensing\/occupational-licensing-photography-requirements\/\">OL photography requirements<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If filing as a corporation, limited liability company or limited liability partnership owned businesses only, submit a copy of the Statement of Information or Statement of Information LLC filed with the Secretary of State.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other agencies may also require a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dmv.ca.gov\/portal\/vehicle-industry-services\/motor-carrier-services-mcs\/motor-carrier-permits\/\">Motor carrier permit (MCP)<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permit from the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dot.ca.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Department of Transportation (CALTRANS)<\/a> to move over-wide objects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>License from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpuc.ca.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Public Utilities Commission<\/a> (state transporters).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>License from the&nbsp;United States (U.S.)&nbsp;Interstate Commerce Commission (interstate transporters).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After DMV processes your application, you\u2019ll receive an email instructing you to schedule an inspection of your business location. <strong>Once you receive that email<\/strong>, you\u2019ll need to create a DMV online account and select a time slot for an inspection.
