Additional Information
AB Tasty may also use an opt-out cookie (ABTastyOptout), brief technical cookies created and deleted instantly to test browser settings, and local/session storage to record navigation history or temporary service data. These mechanisms support experiment functionality only and do not identify visitors.

Glance cookies contain session IDs and limited state data. They do not transmit personal information unless you initiate a co-browsing session with a DMV agent.

DMV uses the following external tools:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Tracks site usage with a client ID stored in a cookie. No personally identifiable information (PII) is captured or reported. Google does not expose cookie values in reports. Data is available in the Google Analytics dashboard, reviewed by DMV staff.
  • Glance Cobrowse: Used to support live co-browsing sessions with DMV customer service agents. Cookies are placed by default but only transmit data when a session is initiated by the user. Data is collected in the Glance dashboard and accessed by DMV staff.

  • Google Analytics: Tracking is automatic and anonymous. Opt-out is not available, but no personal data is collected or shared.
  • Glance Co-browsing: You must actively opt in by initiating a session and entering a code. If you do not use this feature, no data is shared.

If desired, you can manage or disable cookies via your browser settings. Note that some site features may not function properly without cookies enabled.
